By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or engaging our services, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") of Ganesh Decor India ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Ganesh Decor India provides the following categories of products and services:
All product specifications, designs, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice. Final product specifications will be confirmed in the written quotation or work order.
All quotations issued by Ganesh Decor India are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. After expiry, prices may be subject to revision.
An order is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment as specified in the quotation and a signed work order or purchase order from the Customer. Verbal agreements do not constitute a confirmed order.
Custom modular furniture orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once manufacturing has commenced. Changes to specifications after order confirmation may incur additional charges and delays.
Estimated delivery and installation timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays due to material availability, weather conditions, site readiness issues, or other factors beyond our control will not constitute a breach of contract.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring the site is ready for installation as per our requirements. This includes civil work, electrical connections, wall preparation, and access clearances. Any additional work required due to site unreadiness will be billed separately.
Risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to the Customer upon delivery to the installation site, even if installation is pending.
Warranty periods vary by product category and brand. Specific warranty terms will be provided in the product documentation. Generally:
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, physical damage, water ingress (unless waterproof rated), unauthorized modifications, acts of God, or normal wear and tear.
Orders cancelled within 48 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund of any advance paid, less any site visit or design costs incurred.
Once manufacturing or procurement has commenced, cancellation will result in forfeiture of the advance payment. Any materials or work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed to the Customer.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
Government subsidy amounts are not within our control. Delays or rejection of subsidy by DISCOM or MNRE will not entitle the Customer to any refund or compensation from us.
All website content, designs, logos, photographs, and marketing materials are the property of Ganesh Decor India and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. 3D designs created for customers are prepared specifically for that customer but remain the intellectual property of Ganesh Decor India until full payment is received.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ganesh Decor India shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through mutual negotiation within 30 days.
If not resolved amicably, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
